Friendly and Patient service from our salesperson Caleb Michaels, he was Helpful and Informative. Everyone in the building was friendly and helpful. Ciocca Subaru is the best dealership I've dealt with in years. I was in an accident with my 2021 Subaru Impreza and the vehicle was totaled. For beginners, the safety ratings on Subarus are all that they claim to be. I was in a serious crash and walked away injury-free. This was my second time purchasing a Subaru from Ciocca Subaru of Allentown. I have used Ron (salesman) both times. He is helpful, honest, and kind and always makes a frustrating process simple and enjoyable. Luke, the finance manager, was amazing, informative, kind, and made sure that I was well taken care of. On top of that, the service department is priced fairly and works quickly, making that a more enjoyable experience every time.
