2025 Dodge Durango R/T AWD

We've been shopping for a RAV4 Prime for many months and because of the high demand and low inventory, especially in Washington State where we live, we've been in contact with many different Toyota Dealerships. The Gladstone sales rep we worked with, Luke Thompson, was the best sales person we've dealt with among all of our dealer interactions. He provided accurate, honest, transparent information, helped us secure a vehicle that fully met our specifications that Gladstone Toyota had in inventory, even though we were 300 miles away, and was ready to meet with us when we arrived the next day. Luke provided a clear explanation of the available finance options that guided our decision. The vehicle walk-through was informative and thorough. The finance manager we worked with, Ruddy Nuno, also provided excellent service. The financing paperwork was trickier because we were out-of-state buyers and Ruddy patiently worked through all of the steps. He took care of the vehicle registration process so that we didn't have to do anything once we had returned home (the license plates arrived in the mail a few weeks after the purchase). I highly recommend Toyota of Gladstone.

Love my new truck! I am from out of state and was hesitant since this was my first time going through this process, but Ernesto was very help and answered all of my questions. I must have to say, the service here is great, & Jackson really does make the experience flow with ease. His attention to detail, a trait that’s rare in this business.
