My wife and I had 2 vehicles (a 2014 Volvo and a 2007 Acura) which had reached the end of their serviceable life. So we contacted MCCAuto, now TSI MotorSports, for a replacement (due to our long-standing wonderful relationship with their associates at Williams Service Center in Bloomfield). Due to our age and health conditions, we had a long list of requirements for this car: make, model, colors, features, accessibility, etc. We worked with Billy and Matthew, and they found us a PERFECT Subaru Outback. It was beautiful and well-cared-for to begin with, but they serviced a number of things to make it "better than new". They delivered it near our home so we wouldn't have to travel, and handled all of the registration, title, and paperwork so we didn't have to. The whole experience was professional, courteous, competent, and enjoyable. We highly recommend this business, a real exception these days, since it is so difficult to find honest professionals whom you can trust.

Let me start off by saying, I'm a super skeptical consumer. I don't even believe google reviews so I also double check other sites. I additionally, researched nearly a hundred vehicles before I test drove a local 2014 Infiniti QX50 that I had my eye on all along. I won't bother even going to any dealership with bad reviews, but TSI had pretty good ratings so I decided to get them a try. The vehicle drove great, but being deeply cynical and mistrustful of car dealerships, I still insisted on a pre-purchase inspection. I agreed to put down a deposit if TSI would repair any problems that came back. The inspection came back with no problems whatsoever, so just to be 100%, mega, ultra, super-duper safe, I actually had it sent to another shop, for a 2nd inspection, lol. Long story, even longer- the car, the dealership, and the people were all legit! I worked with Matt, who was upfront and helpful, and in general, the dealership was honest and followed through on everything they said they would, and provided me with the car that I wanted, in good condition, at a really fair price! This is totally rare from my jaded experience of shady used car dealerships, so I thought it was worth sharing.
