Purchased my new truck from Steinle. I live 1.5 hours from Fremont and this was the fastest, smoothest, most pleasant experience I have ever and likely will ever have from a dealership. Collectively, I had interactions with Zack, Jennie, John, and Scott. They couldn’t have been nicer or more professional. They had prepared a bouquet of flowers to give to my wife when we picked up the truck, each one of them took time to get to know me and make it feel like more than just a business transaction. I never felt an ounce of pressure or influence to make any decision regarding the truck, which I cannot say for other dealerships I have dealt with. By the time we were finished I almost felt like Zack and I were long-time buddies. I would give them 6 stars if I could, they have gained a family of lifetime customers.

Ask for Zack the salesman. Great customer service. Bought a used car from them. The car was everything I expected after seeing it listed online. All of the cars history documents were presented to me before the sale. All banks and interest rates are presented to you in the finance managers office for you to pick from. Again, ask for Zack the salesman.
