2022 Dodge Durango R/T Plus AWD

Our experience at Blade was truly awesome. My broader family has purchased quite a few vehicles from them, but this was my first time personally. We ordered a new Traverse to get the right balance of features and price that we were looking for, and the price we paid was very reasonable. Our contacts at the dealership kept us regularly updated on the status of the vehicle’s production and to prepare us for when it came. When it did come, the sales team walked us through everything - purchase paperwork, test drive of actual vehicle, and even about an hour of making sure that we understood all of the features, where all the controls were, how to set up the MyChevy app, and similar items. Absolutely felt like a white glove experience, and I’d recommend them in a heartbeat.

It was a breath of fresh air dealing with Kevin compared to when I shopped here about a year ago. Kevin was professional and knowledgeable about cars. Nothing bothers me more than going to a dealer and having the car salesman know less about cars than me. He also treated my 5 year old daughter amazingly. I called about information on a particular vehicle I wanted. The person was very professional and nice. He gave me the information I needed and I made an appointment to test drive the vehicle. When I explained what I had planned to do he gave me more options than I knew I had. I ended up buying that vehicle. I felt like they answered all my questions along the way and I felt like I was treated very well and made a great deal with my new Trailblazer RS. Blade is the only dealership I’ve bought vehicles from since moving to Skagit county over 24 years ago.
