When I started looking for a 2024 Honda CRV hybrid in the limited trim, there were no dealers in my area that had this in stock. Using KBB to do a search Brown Honda had one in stock and their sales person immediately contacted me. I drove the hour drive there after making an appointment for the next day with Jonathan Jakob. When we arrived, we were greeted at the door with a smile and asking how they could help us. We then were directed to Jonathan Who greeted us with a firm handshake And a smile at his desk. He was extremely polite and knowledgeable with no pressure tactics applied at all. After test driving the vehicle, we sat down to discuss the particulars. Jonathan was straightforward. There was no back-and-forth sales tactics that some places use. Other sales staff that walk by us while sitting at his desk were kind and smiled or said hello. Once we settled on everything which was an extremely easy deal, we then were introduced to the finance person who was just as nice and knowledgeable as everyone else there. He made the worst part of the deal, money spending :) Fun and easy-going. He marked all the paperwork which needed to go in the glove box or to the insurance so that we did not have to sort through that. Super easy transaction. We then were directed back to Jonathan and he went over the vehicle with us to explain the features so that we could understand and have a smooth ride home. Everyone there makes you feel comfortable and at ease and I would definitely recommend Brown Honda and Jonathan Jajaou! You guys rock!
