2024 Dodge Durango R/T AWD

I'm Back and forth between PA and Virginia. I realized I needed an inspection and I wasn't going to be back in PA for a couple weeks. We made an appointment at a place about 2 hours away. Left the house at 5:30 in order to get there for our appointment. Once we arrive there we were told they're not an emissions county so they could not inspect our vehicles. They were very nice however, to help us find places that maybe could help us. Recalled Shively and they were already pretty booked. I explained our situation and the lady on the phone was super helpful and offered to squeeze us in if we didn't mind to wait. We received amazing service and are very grateful for them understanding our situation and squeezing Us in on an already crazy Saturday. I'm a true believer that when you deal with businesses it's about the experience And the service front and foremost! Shively went above and beyond what they needed to do for us and as I said I would highly recommend and will definitely be using your services when I'm down this way if I need them.

I went in with a mission and Andy helped me to achieve my goal! The communication and quality customer service are still on point from when it was Naugle Motors.

5/13/24 - I was on a road trip from NY to GA and my check engine light came on. Misfiring plug. Not knowing what to do, I stopped at Shively Motors Dodge. BEST SERVICE EVER!! They had other work lined up, but found time to diagnose and fix my van quickly. So I could continue with my trip. I’m glad I stopped at their shop. Great group of people. Thanks Again.
