2025 Dodge Durango R/T Plus AWD

I unexpectedly had my oil light come on in my VW. Not wanting to drive home with the light on, I went straight to Cooley. They brought my vehicle right in, give me a loaner to drive home that night. As I was getting ready to leave for work the next morning, I got a text from Sue to say my car was ready to pick up. I truly appreciate the quick and courteous service, they went above and beyond to service my vehicle. So appreciated!!!!!

Had a great experience here! They actually thought they scheduled me for another week out which I was about to get mad at but the gentleman I was dealing with was very kind and was able to get me in that day. It was fast service and I really appreciated the video they sent to me explaining what was going on with my car and what needed to be fixed, what was necessary to drive it and was what optional to fix. Great experience all around!

They did a through eval of the vehicle and found additional damage caused during my accident. Im grateful for their diligence for ensure a vehile is safe to be on the road.
