He was there every step of the way walking me through the process and explaining things to make sure I understood every detail. I had never purchased from a big dealership before so I was so grateful to have someone that was patient and willing to work with me. My situation was a bit complicated but Josh got me into my brand new vehicle I absolutely love! The entire process was easy and I was never left in the dark. The truck we inquired about online was what we were looking for. The dealership reached out quickly and offered any help we needed. Traci Miller our salesperson was prompt on any questions and concerns. We made a deal after our worries about buying site unseen. The finance guy Laine was also great to work with. He worked with Traci to make this a great experience. To make it even better the delivery driver David (I think was his name) was very professional and went through everything with me. We are in Arkansas and truck was delivered from Missouri. We will defently rea h out to them again and refer them to friends and family.
