The owners/workers of hot dealz auto were very understanding. Not once did they make me feel uncomfortable or like I was a horrible person or that I could not get another car. I recently purchased a 2013 Ford Focus from here. Response to my inquiries were prompt and friendly. Rosa, my salesperson was the most personable and friendly (ie, not pushy) car dealer I've met, and I've met quite a few on my search for a car. The car was advertised to have Bluetooth and stereo features, but upon arrival the Radio did not work, and would need a replacement. They offered to order the radio and pay for installation, or sell the car as is for a generous markdown. I took the markdown, and they still looked up the cheapest place for me to buy a new stereo system and made sure I had all the information needed to replace and repair this issue. All in all I love my car but make sure to double check advertising...
