Walked into H&H Tire and Auto on July 3 2024 to shop for a used Subaru Outback. The Folks at H&H, particularly Cassie and Laura were very friendly and personable and treated us like all customers dream to be treated, especially at a car dealership. Both Laura and Cassie were very thorough, patient and accommodating while still being professional. H&H Tire and Auto had an extensive stock of very good condition Outbacks to choose from and Laura and Cassie were happy to let us look at them all. After some test drives, we negotiated (YES! H&H Tire and Auto will actually realistically negotiate) a very reasonable deal and drove away very happy with a 2017 Subaru Outback. Like many of us out there, I have made the (dreaded) trip to try to find a good used car at a reasonable price and actually be pleased with the results. H&H Tire and Auto provided that with a smile. We have been customers of H&H for years for service and tires, but just recently purchased our first car with them. The entire experience was absolutely amazing. Cassie(especially) and Conner were wonderful and went above and beyond to help us out when we unexpectedly needed to purchase a car.
