2016 Dodge Durango R/T AWD

A couple of months ago, we purchased a Toyota Sienna from Jahn auto sales. We drove from OH to PA. I have to say that the experience from first communication to driving away was unlike any other dealership experience. First of all, Todd and his team were absolutely genuine and professional. I had some concerns when we came to look at the van, and Todd went out of his way to make sure all was right. They were fair on price. I don’t think that they are in the used truck market, but when I go to look for my next vehicle, I will check with Todd and family first. Happy customer, here. Thank you.

Very positive experience. I have bought 15+ vehicles from dealerships over the years and this is only the second time I’ve had a very good experience with a car dealer. They worked with me on numbers and were very helpful throughout the whole process. No arguing, no passive aggressive sales tactics, just 100% honesty and transparency. Also, they are VERY responsive!
