Got a tour of the shop and met techs Ricky and Robert. Not only were they both friendly and knowledgeable, they took the time to answer my questions and show me the work they did on the car. Honesty is the biggest peace of mind in this industry, and hard to find! Definitely a professional operation and glad to have a go-to place for the future ahead.
We took our Custom C8 Corvette to Libertyville Chevrolet . Because we were sent there by one of our friends in our Corvette Club Chicagoland Corvette . When I say if you have a Corvette and you are very picky about who services your car. Then this is the dealership to take it. The service advisor. Natalie is very professional very knowledgeable very attentive to whatever questions or concerns that you have about your car. What can I say the mechanic Ricky so very detailed so very knowledgeable. He knows his stuff when it comes to Corvettes. I want to thank them so much, they have a customer for life. Lastly they even let me take pictures of my car in there Photo booth this was a bonus so if you have a car, make sure you take a picture of your car and post your comment. No dealership in Illinois. Excellent experience, like anything it's the people that matter most. Robert the Corvette tech is among the best and cares for my Corvette more than I do. Natalia the corvette service manager is an amazing part of the team and kept me updated before, during and after the service. I have had the opportunity to own many premium brands and the level of care and service this team offers is bar none. .
