My Salesperson was Koy and he was a pleasure to work with. He assisted me in some matters with my first purchase (black 24’ black label aviator) went array and he was there to assist with resolving the matter. I highly recommend working with Koy. I really am satisfied with his service and the vehicle. Thank you so much Koy and Rick for your assistance these past few days. They assisted in putting me another 24’ black label aviator (white). Only issue with the other white, black label is the interior door damage of both the driver and front passenger door that was pointed out to the dealership prior to leaving. The other hiccup is tech issue in the car with getting the phone and sync setup. It appears to be an issue with the Lincoln App. Makes it hard to try and get assistance when not physically there for it to be looked at and the communication is via text. Grant it I’d rather have these two issues instead of the first issue I had with the first 24’ black label aviator (black vehicle). I received an overheating notification of the motor within only having the vehicle for less than 48hrs.
