2024 Dodge Durango R/T Plus AWD

My experience at crown Acura was incredible from top to bottom. From the minute we walked in the door to when we left with our new MDX, everyone treated us like family. We’ve never been a to a dealership with such great energy and welcomeness. We visited other luxury car dealership that felt pretentious and lifeless, but crown Acura had a whole different vibe! We really appreciate Shaun and Josh for taking such good care of us through the whole experience. We will be recommending you guys to everyone!

I had a great experience from test drive to purchasing. Darrel was very nice and got my initial paperwork done. Everyone in the building was pleasant and gave it welcoming vibe. It was also a pleasure working with Kevin for the financial side of things. All in all, I would come here again.

I didn’t buy my TLX from this dealership, but I brought it in for some service yesterday and will definitely be coming back. I informed them upfront that I am very particular about my car, and the servicing I needed required some interior panels to be removed. Alton and the rest of the service team did a wonderful job making sure that the car was fixed correctly and treated my car like it was their own. I’ve taken it to other dealerships in the past and had a very different experience, so I am super pleased with my experience at Crown Acura, especially Alton assuring me they would take good care of my car.
