I cannot say enough good things about this dealership and their employees. I had a wreck a couple of weeks ago and totaled my car. I went to a few local dealerships and had horrible experiences with high pressure salesmen, who didn't listen to what I had to say when I told them what I was looking for. They showed me higher priced cars that I had no interest in. Thankfully I looked on Car Gurus site and found a vehicle that I was very interested in at Ace Auto Brokers. From the moment that I was greeted by Mason, I knew that this was going to be a different experience. He showed me the car I was interested in and didn't try to steer me to a higher priced car. He was so warm and friendly and very knowledgeable about the car. We went on a test drive and I told him that I wanted the car. The car was immaculate inside and out. I told Mason that I was waiting for the insurance check to arrive that next week and he let me put a down payment on the car to hold it for me. He told the other salesmen not to show the car, that I was going to be purchasing it. When I got the check, I went by the dealership and Mason helped with the tax, tag and title so I didn't have to take time out of my busy schedule to handle it. He explained every detail of the papers I was signing. I never felt any kind of pressure to buy the car and I got a great deal! They have a wide variety of vehicles to choose from at good prices.
