2018 Dodge Durango Anodized Platinum AWD

My daughter recently was looking for a truck so we began the search visiting several dealerships. Naturally we visited the larger "name" dealerships first but were not able to find her anything to fit her needs, so we expanded our search and came across Roman's. Admittedly I was hesitant, as it was a small privately owned dealership, my expectations were low. The truck itself checked all the boxes she was looking for and the price was on par with similar trucks for sale at other dealers so the transaction was the only thing left to hurtle. This was my daughter's first vehicle purchase experience so I was hoping things would go smoothly. I'm happy to say they exceeded my expectations. There was zero pressure to make the deal, we were given helpful advice on how the process with our credit union and we were made to feel comfortable with walking away at anytime for whatever reason with no hard feelings. Upon delivery of the truck there were a couple of minor issues with the truck that were known to us prior to the purchase that they offered to fix anyways. Which we took them up on a week later. It was for a dash light and oil change. However after the service, the dash warning light immediately came back on, leading me to believe they just cleared the code and the oil change was never performed ( the oil level was down 2 quarts and dark) so that was somewhat disappointing. Overall I wouldl say it was still a relatively positive experience it was just the follow up that fell short.

This dealership has excellent customer service and prices. I’m so pleased with how smoothly they made the purchase of my new car. I felt very safe with buying from this dealer. Each one of the employees I encountered assured me that I could let them know if I had a problem and they would fix it. My car runs great but it has been eleven years since I bought a car so I had to ask about a few things and they treated me like family. They are warm and do their best to please their customers. I highly recommend this business.
