I own a 2021 Diesel Gladiator now with 30,000 miles the truck and use Lucas exclusively for maintenance. I trust them to maintain and fix any issues before they turn into roadside walk home problems, and I have done so with my past 2 models of jeeps also. In the past, I was a high mileage driver with over 30000 miles a year on a vehicle and could not gamble with breakdowns. I put over 400000 miles on those 2 jeeps , with Lucas doing most of the maintenance. Good job and ???? up to folks in the service department.

The service department is excellent and helped me get my screen replaced by working with US Customer Care. I was experiencing major issues with delamination on my 2018 Ram 2500. They diagnosed quickly and had my screen ordered and replaced the following week. Very happy with the quick turn around and making this a smooth process.
