Amazing staff that genuinely cares about their customers and customers vehicles. Awesome parts department! Debbie, Mario, and Tyler are super kind and helpful. I was jerked around by every giant corporate dodge dealership in all of Phoenix. Both my car and my peace of mind were broken, that is until I met Tina In Service, and she continues to go above and beyond for me when no one else would. I gladly drive an hour from Phoenix to Wickenburg because I don't trust my car with anyone else! As a whole, Jones Ford Wickenburg has been an amazing dealership with amazing employees. 10/10 would recommend! They have very intelligent techs, Matt Stokes, Billy, and Alex. I would consider them mechanics and not just techs that are working on your car. They are genuinely happy to help you!

I did have a great buying experience with Jones Ford of Wickenburg.No pushy tactics at all.
