I had a great pleasure of dealing with an amazing receptionist K. Perino and I hope she gets recognition for the awesome job she did! I had to call multiple times, because I couldn't get through to the maintenance department and she went above and beyond to make sure someone picks up on the other end. The maintenance department is always helpful, efficient and honest. A great dealership!
Had my Jetta GLI serviced here recently, I had amazing service compared to the old Rimrock VW. At Rimrock they where very shady and tried to get me to get all these extra things that I didn't need and almost did a DSG service without my permission at 60,000 miles even though I had one 10,000 miles before that. But at Underriner they were very straight forward and showed me all the intervals that they recommend but are not needed. Staff was also very nice. Would 10 of 10 recommend Underriner and was so much better than Rimrock!
