I scheduled an oil change from the Ford app on my phone. Easy. I pulled in to service and was immediately greeted by a friendly staff member who directed me to Ashley. She was super nice and made the wait time seem to fly by. They did an all points inspection AND washed and vacuumed my car at no additional charge.
