Great experience at Nucar in St Albans. The sales person Tim Little was great. He was very friendly, helpful and professional. The GM Ryan Ortiz was also great. He was very professional, friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. Usually my past experiences purchasing a vehicle aren't this easy but Nucar made it very simple for me. I purchased a 2023 Ford Bronco and I'm so happy with my purchase. I definitely recommend anyone in the area or around Vermont even if you have to drive out of state to go to Nucar in St Albans. Just leased my 2024 Wrangler with Nucar and I’ll definitely be back. The team was kind, straight forward, and quick. I spoke with Timothy Saturday morning, the Jeep I wanted was transported to the St. Albans location and I was driving away by Thursday afternoon. The paperwork took about an hour and a half and I was out of there. There was no stalling, no small talk, and they had everything in order and ready for me. First time that’s ever happened to me in a dealership and it was refreshing! 10/10 recommend if you aren’t the type of person who wants to do the dance and would rather get in and get out.
