My wife and I just bought a Wagoneer from Jake at Towne Jeep Hamburg. Just bought a Ram 1500 from here. A dealership experience is only as good as the salesperson you work with. I was lucky enough to be put into Andrew Isula's care. Andrew is extremely knowledgeable of his brand and has a collection of brand ambassador pins to prove it. He is also a fair salesman and made the vehicle buying process a breeze. He even gave me some advice regarding getting the most value out of my previously owned vehicle including tips on how to sell it privately and what a fair price would be. Needless to say, when my better half needs to upgrade her wheels, I'm calling Andrew first.
