2023 Dodge Durango SRT Hellcat Premium AWD

I have had many dealership experiences, with only a few being positive ones. This time around at Chapman Scottsdale will hold the place as the best one, and I don’t say that lightly. I have wanted a Jeep Sahara for countless years. I began doing some research and was hoping when entering the dealership, I would be matched with someone who would guide me in my first Jeep purchase, someone who also understood what was important for me in this process. That’s when I met Anthony Rangel! I honestly don’t think this process could have been done any better, he was the perfect sales person and who matched my energy! Such a lovely guy and who is always so happy to help & answer all questions! As we do when looking for a car, I looked around at other dealerships, only to come back at Chapman to finalize the process. They worked with my trade, they were honest, and they had the best price. Everyone we met was kind, never rushed or pressured us. The day of our purchase was so smooth, quick, and there were no hidden ‘fees’ or anything we did not expect. They were up front and never left us wondering about anything! I have had the car for a few days only, but I could not be happier! This Jeep drives beautifully and I cannot wait to get outdoors a bit more now! 10 out 10 start rating on all aspects, and truly grateful for such a wonderful process that led me to drive off with my dream car! After a new gladiator purchase there were some issues that needed attention. Service took them on but unfortunately they missed the mark the first time. The service manager Abrian, more than made up for assuring this would not happen again and would discuss with his service team. I was not disappointed on my return visit and a loaner car was ready for me to use for the day while the repairs were completed. A courtesy wash was done after all issues were resolved and I could not be happier with my jeep purchased and service at Chapman Jeep.

Came in for my first ever oil change and tire rotation for my Jeep Grand Cherokee . Working with my service advisor Daniel was amazing he was super nice, knowledgeable, detailed and respectful of my time and car. Overall took about an hour and a half and they did a multi point inspection! They topped off all my fluids as well! I don’t know if it’s a jeep thing or specifically this dealership but coming from a Kia that would never happen! There are many deal ships closer to me however I’ll keep coming back for all my work to work with Daniel on keeping my car running smooth for a lot longer
