After waiting for over 3 hours for the tow that was supposed to be sent by my insurance, I ended up contacting P&M instead. Jermain T, was there in less than half an hour to tow me, my mom, and my vehicle home. He was so nice, and very professional. He even made sure that my mom and I were able to keep warm in his truck while he loaded our car. He was super friendly and made what was a terrible night much better with his kindness and courtesy.
This amazing young man named Javier I think is his name and cam and towed me off a steep hill. He was great and good service. Thank you for all you do....... This guy deserves a raise if I could feed him breakfast I would have..
