I recently was traveling through Little Rock for work and the truck that I just picked up in OKC threw a bright red Error on the dash that said "Park Break Fault - Service Now" I had just acquired the truck and was driving it all the way from OKC to Tallahassee FL with a stop in the Rock Monday through Friday to take care of some business. This was very nerve racking. I had planned to work in Little Rock Monday through Friday, so I called my service writer, Tim, on Monday morning. Crain handles our fleet of Ford Fusions. Knowing that I had an 11 hour drive in front of me, they were able to get the truck into service. They successfully repaired my truck and I got back on the road Friday with zero issues. I'm grateful for Tim and the entire team at Crain Ford. They are great to work with and very accommodating. I really enjoy that they play Christian music throughout the building while you wait.
