Always ask for David and for the location sales manager Kenneth! Best car dealership experience we've ever had! They submitted my credit application one day, I picked the car the next day. We had to drive over 2hrs from south Charlotte since it was so much easier to deal with them compared to the dealerships around our place. I decided to leave a review 2 years after buying a car from Modern Mazda. I eventually moved to Seattle for work, but the car (CX5) has been absolutely perfect so far. I read lots of horror stories regarding car dealerships, but my experience here was perfect. I forgot the name of the sales person I worked with (Sam perhaps), he didn't markup any price, was very friendly, gave me a good price for the trade in and made the overall process smooth. Thanks a lot! People near the triangle region should definitely give these guys a visit.
