2023 Dodge Durango SRT Hellcat Plus AWD

If was great working with Bill Smith at Troncalli CDJR. I had brought by Ram truck in for service and while I was waiting, I took a stroll through the used cars. I saw an SUV that I thought my wife would like and then I met Bill. He was kind enough to help me and take me for a test drive (to my wife's office). We were able to come to an agreeable price and get a deal worked out that same day. It was an overall great experience.

Purchase a used 2019 Ford Raptor from James Superman segnitz and the process was quick and easy. Worked with James and reduced the price by a few thousand. After having the vehicle for a few days I noticed the vehicle blind spot system was not working properly. I took the truck back to Troncalli and they fixed the issue at no cost! Great customer experience. This is the second used vehicle I have purchased from them and highly recommend James.

We purchased a new 2024 Jeep Grand Cherokee Limited from Troncalli Jeep. On my initial contact with the sales department, I talked with Tyler Grant. He was more than helpful. I had my Chrysler 300 in for service and chatted a bit with him. I made plans to return to see him, however he was with another customer. We were greeted and turned over to Bill Smith. The care and attention that Bill gave us was superb. He helped us with not only with the purchase of the vehicle but also the ways to use all the features. DJ Wilks in finance was great to work with as well. We purchased our last car from another dealership, once we signed the papers, they were ready to get rid of us. As a matter of fact, Bill took the time to show us some of the features we didn't know about on our Chrysler 300!! We are very pleased will continue to do business with Troncalli and will recommend Bill Smith to our friends and family!
