2024 Jeep Wagoneer L Series III 4WD

Truly the best experience I had at a dealership thanks to Jimmy! He was honest and quick to help us. He was able to help me get my dream car and I couldn’t thank him enough! We drove three and a half hours to get this and I couldn’t be happier thanks to him.

Came in today on 4/17/24 looking for a truck and jimmy and the rest of the staff did an amazing job at assisting me in my purchasing process. I would 10/10 recommend this dealership if your looking for a vehicle.

The service we received for the repair of our truck exceeded our expectations on all front. We did not have an appointment and we came early in the morning to have the truck checked for a strange noise coming from one of the wheel. We are travelling from Canada. We were welcome by a gentleman who was very courteous and helpful.The technician who looked at our truck was very experienced and quickly diagnosed what the problem was (turned out to be a recall); we really appreciated the fact that he came to see us in the lounge to explain what the issue was and showed it to us on the truck.. His service was exceptional; we just wish we could remember his name…. The Service Manager (Jennifer I believe) was also very nice and she made sure our needs were met. Since this was a recall they needed to order the part. They said that the part should come within 48 hours and they would make the repair as soon as they get it. Well they have delivered ! They received the part the next day and we got our truck back a couple of hours later at 5:00 pm!! This was truly impressive! We are so thankful the repair was done so quickly as we can continue our trip back home We highly recommend this dealership!
