2023 Jeep Wagoneer L Series III 4WD

Everybody there was absolutely amazing. My work van's transmission went into limp mode so we came in for service. They understood that we were from out of town trying to get back home. They immediately scanned for codes which pointed them in the right direction for further diagnosis. They communicated every step. Within a few hours they concluded that all that was needed was a PCM software update, did a test drive to see if the issue would repeat it's self and when all was good we shook hands and left. Sounds like they did their job right? Yes but they did it the right way and went above and beyond. At that moment they were able to immediately get us into a loaner allowing us to go into town and grab a bite to eat at a great place based on their recommendation which was MUCH appreciated. Thanks guys, Scott and Kenny much appreciated you guys taking care of us so quickly allowing us to get back home to our families after being out of town for work.

If there is a place to get a vehicle this would be it. They went over and beyond to help me out. I was truly blessed by everything they were able to do for me. They made me and my family feel welcomed. They were very understanding to my families needs and I walked out with everything and more. I recommend this place above all places. They truly were a God send to me. Thank you for everything. I will definitely be back!

We had a def warning with our 2022 dodge ram 3500. We were close to Snyder, called the Dodge dealership. They got us right in!!! Looked after our problem right away as we had a 42 foot rv and dog with us. The people were so friendly and helpful!!! First offered us snacks and drinks. Then when they know it would be a couple of hours they lent us a car to go to town for lunch. Recommended an excellent Mexican restaurant!!! The people at this establishment make our problem so palatable, it was almost enjoyable. Thanks to everyone , especially Juan and Joseph!!!!
