2024 Jeep Wagoneer

I recently took my 2017 Ford F-150 to Germain Ford of Sidney, Ohio, and I couldn't be more pleased with the service I received! From the moment I arrived, the staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming. I had an oil change, lube service, and tire rotation done, and everything went smoothly. What impressed me the most was the honesty of the technician. I had considered purchasing new tires, but he explained that mine were still in good condition and didn't need to be replaced just yet. This level of integrity is rare and truly appreciated. He did, however, recommend a new air filter and truck battery, which I had them install. The service department was not only knowledgeable but also took the time to answer all my questions. It's evident that they genuinely care about their customers and their vehicles. Overall, my experience at Germain Ford was fantastic, and I highly recommend them for anyone in need of service. I'll definitely be returning for future maintenance! Rick H.

After going to several different car lots, Germain Ford was, hands down, the best! Anna was amazing to work with; she was patient, kind, and willing to pull all the strings to make a deal that worked for me.
