2023 Jeep Gladiator High Altitude

Let me start by saying, I shopped this car from Puerto Rico with the hopes of only having to use a rental car for two days. Sergio my salesman and Antonio his sales manager executed the sale with a level of service and professionalism I haven't seen in DECADES. When (by my own fault of not binding the insurance until after 7PM) I could not take delivery that night, Sergio came and PICKED ME UP AT MY APARTMENT to go take delivery of my car. Next Jamie the finance manager was sharp, quick and personable. Every person I encountered at this sleek, youthful dealership was sharp, quick and personable for that matter. If you are looking for a car even just casually, and you don't start and end your search at this dealership, you're wasting your time. That's how confident I feel that you will get a great deal, incredible product, and truly exceptional service. I wish Google had more "stars" to award!!!

I bought a used Jeep from them. The salesman, Irwin, was great. Not pushy at all. He told me to come ask him anything about my Jeep anytime I needed help. So, I did when I thought I was having steering problems. Irwin very patiently listened to my issues and figured out what was going on right away. It was me, not the Jeep, Lol. He was so helpful and didn't make me feel stupid. I'm going back to him soon for some advice on add ons. They also helped with my out of state registration.

The Henderson location is the best dealership in Las Vegas for all of your Jeep/Chrysler/Dodge vehicles! Fast friendly service writers. My car is always ready when promised for whatever service is being done. The mechanics always ensure my vehicle is clean when they return my vehicle to me.
