I took a flight from Memphis, TN to purchase a 2022 Jeep Wagoneer from Glass Capital Chrysler. I had an amazing experience in this car dealership, everything went perfect. Very nice place, very clean, staff was very polite and attentive, especially Dylan Franks, he is the best salesman I’ve ever met. Brain made the Finance Manager made the flow of signing the paperwork a smooth transition. I enjoyed my experience and my purchase. Thanks guys!!!
Glass capital is a great place to do business with. Brock was not the usual pushy salesman. He took time to listen and was patient with questions we had throughout the buying process. I gave 4 stars instead of 5 because there was an extra $398 fee on the purchase agreement for “sellers options” for an item called “pulse protects” that had already been installed previously as an add on item, not something I had installed. Still wasn’t a deal breaker for me because the truck was listed at a good price.
