2020 Jeep Gladiator Overland

Santos was my first contact person and sales associate! WOW! He and Criswell pulled out every stop to ensure that I was able to purchase the Jeep Gladiator I wanted and went even further when I said I was driving 605 miles to pick up the jeep rather than wait for the shipping company….i could not arrive until late.. Great experience at Criswell Service for our Jeep Renegade. Making an appointment online was simple and easy. Website was customer friendly and lots of options to select times, dates and services. Date of service was straight forward. Pulled up to the service bay and pulled in. Jim Clutter met with us and confirmed everything we needed to have done. He also made some recommendations based on the understanding that given this vehicle would be in SC for the next year. Overall a great experience for checking in. Throughout the experience I was given text messages about the status of our car and when it was ready. Arrived back to pick up car and it was again a great experience. Thanks!

Criswell Dodge service is always outstanding. I knew when I heard something snap under the car’s rear end that something serious had happened. Since I was putting my car in the shop, I asked them to check the motor mounts. I waited for an estimate, and they came up with one within the hour. Turns out both motor mounts needed replacing, but one was still under warranty so they replaced that one for free. They ordered the rear bearing assembly over the weekend, and had it on within hours of the part’s arrival. They came in $200 under the estimate. My car, an 11-year-old Dodge Dart, is riding like new. That’s why I only bring my car to Criswell. I love these guys!
