Mrs. Erin displayed a high level of professionalism, respectfully communicating with me with the latest updates on my vehicle condition and/or repairs. Providing me with transportation within a sufficient amount of time for both transportation to home and pick-up, it was really quick. Because her good attitude didn't go unnoticed, I believe she's an asset to this company showing a great spirit and kindness towards others when making contact. she conducted her job to the best of her ability by going above and beyond her call of duty. I had great all around interactions with Koons Chevy, in White Marsh. Gary picked me up as part of my test drive, I couldn’t get there and back with both my vehicles. They have great sales, amazing customer service, and I was in and out, in record time for a car dealership.
