Sam was the first to help me and he was very knowledgeable and informative and even brought in a car from another location that I was interested in test driving. He was patient and willing to let me check out every car I was considering- and he was knowledgeable about all the options of each vehicle. Brandyn stepped up and helped when Sam was off so I could test drive several others. They were both professional and kind and easy to work with. When I made my decision on a car, the process was smooth and easy. Everyone I encountered was really nice and I would recommend Car Country.

The customer service of this dealership is excellent I purchased a used 2012 Buick regal GS . Being that I live in New York this vehicle was quite a distance away from me as I purchased the vehicle out of their dealership located in Milan, Indiana. Mike O. Was my sales representative. He was excellent sent photos and really gave me a virtual tour of the vehicle , even crawled under the car, and took a video of the undercarriage for me. he pointed out every blemish he or I could find ..he showed transparency and willingness to help me make the right purchase. I’m also a working automotive mechanic and have regular access to a lift for personal use.. I inspected the vehicle shortly after its delivery and I assure they were true an honest about the vehicles condition. the vehicle is in excellent condition for its age . If you’re buying out of state sight unseen, I would recommend them to anyone! Honest people.
