Julius treated us like a family member. His knowledge of the products (Jeep Models) was superior. He very patiently and courteously assisted me with choosing my vehicle. Odd to be writing this because I haven't actually gone in for service just yet. That said--I used to be all in Sport Durst Jeep---well no longer. Had a horrible experience trying to get serviced today for an issue with lift gate on an under warranty Compass. Left and called Hillsborough. Spoke to Adam in service. He got me set up for tomorrow--clearly communicated details of how things will go for the appointment and is helping to make sure I have transportation back to house to make an already standing appointment I have for another vehicle in the morning. In a short call--they have already proven--they actually understand and value customers--and value quality. Excited to make them our families go to Jeep dealership! UPDATE! I went today to the dealership for the appointment. Folks--this dealership is a RARE GEM! Danny is great and hilarious. Adam is humble and attentive. Candy the shuttle driver is diligent and caring. They are TRULY a reminder that businesses still now how to offer quality care to customers, very cool. So my verdict--if you're looking for anything Jeep land---one place to go and worth the drive--if it is a drive for you. Thanks to Adam, Danny, and service team. Part needed is on order and I know when I go in to get it fixed--I'll be met with quality. Wish I hadn't wasted so many years at Sport Durst!
