I had a great experience purchasing our new Sienna from Superior Toyota. They were very welcoming, pleasant to work with through every step of the process, and treated us very fairly. Briton was especially helpful in going above and beyond to help me in advance of (and during) our visit to the dealership, and was willing to make himself available to take my calls or texts any time I had questions. After multiple attempts to secure a Gen3 Tacoma Access cab with manual transmission fell through with other dealerships. Bob worked with me to close the deal on a 2022 example with exceptionally low miles. This afternoon I turned in the paperwork provided by Superior to complete the title and registration with Michigan's DMV -without issue.
