The guys in the service department are Great!! I met several men tonight and I feel awful I didn’t get their names but I was in such a frantic they will remember me!!! Something happened while getting my oil changed (@ another place) my hood would no longer latch when they were finished. They tried for over 30 minutes just pounding the hood of my new to me ford explorer. I was about to cry how on earth was I going to get back home over 45 minutes away. So I called Ford service department 5 minutes before closing time. They told me if I got there quick one of the techs would wait on me. I pulled in and they opened the garage door for me and several men were standing there waiting to help!!! They didn’t have to I didn’t buy my car from them and I knew better than to go somewhere other than the dealership for an oil change!! They didn’t care!! The red headed tech figured out what was wrong and got it fixed and back on my way in minutes!! I will definitely be coming back! A BIG THANK YOU to all of those men who stayed and helped!!

After spending all day car shopping (including a not so great experience at a large Muncie dealership), a friend connected me with Ian to ask about a car I was interested in from the website. That car wasn't available anymore, but another one I'd been interested in at another Wetzel lot was. Ian had it brought over and it was waiting for me to test drive when I got there. He got me in the car I wanted at a fair price without a lot of back and forth and no pressure to buy unnecessary extras. Very pleased with my experience at Wetzel Ford as compared to other dealerships.
