By FAR the best vehicle purchase I've experienced. I sent an inquiry around 8:00pm on a weeknight through their website and my phone rang about 10 seconds later. TBH, I thought "here comes the used car, high pressure salesperson..." I couldn't have been more wrong. They sent me a video tour of the vehicle the next morning to show me any small flaws or issues in order to save me the trip to Melba if I wasn't interested. Clear, simple and honest communication. When I got out there, I was greeted by the owner and treated to a zero-pressure, very fair deal. The vehicle we bought was exactly as they described it- probably nicer than I expected, actually. The next time I need a car, I'll be looking here first.
