I made an appointment to drop off my car. I was offered a ride back to my house, but already had scheduled a ride. I was kept informed of the work being done on my car. Once my car was ready, I was offered a ride again to go pick it up. Very smooth transaction.
My purchase from AutoNation Chevrolet was a great truck buying experience. The staff were friendly of course but more importantly they provided me accurate cost and financing information the first time around without the normal back and forth car salesman to manager dance. They were respectful of my time and while they didn’t rush my decisions or purchase they also didn’t have me sitting around for hours. Overall great experience and will business with again in the future.
