I bought a vehicle from the used lot yesterday, which my expectations of being approved were super low, but Mandy and Eric worked hard to get me the best deal possible and moved quickly to do so. Traveling and working in the area and stopped by the lot late to look over Ram trucks for consideration of replacing my '16 Canyon. I didn't expect anyone to be there but Travis came out and introduced himself. He offered good info on the new trucks but also asked if I was only looking for a new vehicle as they had a 2 yr old truck available also. It was too late to take a drive but I stopped by the next morning and he had the truck ready to drive. When I returned, they had looked at my "trade-in" and prepared a workable offer with a very fair trade value. A brief and realistic negotiation and we were writing up the paperwork. I'm very pleased with my new Ram 1500 and the people I worked with here - friendly and fair (and not pushy like some places). I highly recommend them.
