I had a positive experience with Dave, the GM, when addressing the maintenance issue with my Nissan Pathfinder. Effective communication and the willingness to listen to my concerns are key components of good customer service. I want to say thank you, for being there for us. This is why I recommend Dave Smith Nissan for their dedication to the customer and making sure you are a part of their team. Loyal customer since 2018

Very recently I had a bad experience at Mechanics Pride when the brakes on my F150 got worked on. I took multiple trips to and from their shop while they claimed it was "fixed." Yet, they left me with looming issues. The service team, specifically Derrick Abney, was a tremendous help in resolving all the issues Mechanics Pride left me with. His communication put me at ease. He informed me the work that would be needed and asked me if it was okay to perform the labor before the mechanics started. He was up front on what price I was looking at as well. I reached out on a Thursday, dropped my F150 off that Monday, and then had my F150 back that Tuesday with the repairs completed and fixed. Nissan is lucky to have the professionalism and diligent work of Derrick Abney on their staff.

Many thanks to Alex Hidalgo and his technician, (sorry I can't recall his name, great guy!), for prioritizing my repair as I had broken down on my way through Spokane. They got my part and got me back on the road by the afternoon and I made it to my Dr appointment and didn't have to reschedule! I'd waited 2 months for it, so it was vital I make it home on time. Alex is the consummate service advisor. He is a true professional and I was quite impressed by him. I was a dealership ASM for many years so I knew how much he was going above and beyond just to help me get home. I spoke to the tech afterward and could tell he had some struggles getting the alternator out, but overcame them and still beat flat rate to get me back on the road in record time! I also had a very nice experience with the shuttle driver, Elijah. We had a good visit while he drove me around. He too impressed me as a young man with high aspirations and the willingness and fortitude to achieve them. He will do well in whatever he chooses to do. Thank you Dave Smith Nissan!
