Our Ford Fusion transmission started acting up while on vacation. Andy at the Ford dealership took it for test drive, determined stopping and starting the car reset then shift gear knob and we were able to go on our way. We will have a more thorough diagnostic at our destination but Andy was very helpful to us in our situation. Can't thank him enough!
