I called about a vehicle I had seen online and the salesman was very responsive and polite. I told him I was going to come look at it and when I got there, he knew who I was and met me outside with the vehicle pulled up to the front waiting on me. I was already pre-approved for financing, but the finance manager called the (same) bank and was able to get me a better rate. All in all, all around great experience ??
Purchased a 2024 Jeep window online from Key CJDR and it arrived broken via UPS. I contracted Key and instead of shipping me a second window, they avoided the possibility of it breaking again and they had an employee drive over an hour to deliver it in person. What AMAZING Customer Service!!! I highly recommend Key!!!
