The best Chevy service department in Southern, Ohio! Ryan Hosler and his team do what most other dealerships struggle to do. They communicate proactively and clearly while doing what they say they’re going to do, for the price they say they’re going to do it for. My wife and I both drive Chevy’s. I bought my Suburban at Hometown, but we got my wife's Traverse elsewhere. They treat both cars like we bought from them. They’ve done everything as simple as an oil changes and code resets, all the way up to doing engine work. It’s always a great experience and I cannot recommend them enough. They have customers for life in us.

My whole experience with Hometown has been wonderful!! We started at the Chillicothe Hometown service department on what we thought would be a simple fluid change in our 2017 Chevy. Turns out we had a Silverado with a bad transmission. The service manager Ashley was AMAZING!! Gave us options and was so very helpful. One of the options lead us to meeting Christina in the waverly dealership. Once Ashley shared our information ( of course per our request) She contacted us within an hour and worked really hard to get us out of our old loan and into a brand new Silverado with no negative equity. She was very helpful, attentive, and educated as she guided us through the process.Not one time was she “pushy” or made me feel obligated to anything! She returned my calls quickly and addressed all of our needs anytime I had a question or concern. Within two days we had the truck we wanted and was on our way! While meeting with her and doing the paperwork the staff made us feel welcome and we’re all so polite and great! Very positive environment and stress free!! CUSTOMER SERVICE WAS WONDERFUL!! I’ve dealt with multiple other dealerships and this has been BY FAR the best experience all the way around! I will most definitely be a returning customer! BIG THANKS TO ASHLEY AND CHRISTINA!!!
