The Service Department at Honda is excellent. From the moment you walk in the staff is attentive and professional. Since I am not in the garage with the mechanics and my vehicle, I especially appreciated the videos that were texted to me to show me some of the concerns they found as they were working on my car. Justin always makes sure I am updated as to the progress of my vehicle and before I leave will prepare me for upcoming repairs that I might need and when so that I can budget for them.
