Fuel pump went out on I75 on a Sunday afternoon about 25 miles south of Dalton on my trip back to TN. Had my truck towed to Edd Kirby's. Met with the service manager Rick on Monday morning and true to his word he said he would get to at least look at it that afternoon. His schedule for the day was already booked up, but he able to move some other jobs around and work me in. They had me back on the road by noon the next day. I'm forever grateful to Rick and most definitely recommend them for any and all service needs. Very, nice, friendly, and professional service department and dealership. 10 Stars to Rick and Edd Kirby's Chevy.
