I was inquiring about a 2021 Chevy Trailblazer and was contacted immediately by William "Billy" Emerson. Billy was quick in helping me schedule a time to come look at the car and was very flexible with my availability. He simply answered questions and got to know my family and I better and had a strong connection with my father.
