I couldn’t register my car due to a recall issue. The part needed was back ordered with a long eta. Not my fault but nevertheless I couldn’t registered my car with the DMV. I want to thank Jorge Sanchez (service manager) for resolving my registration issue promptly and effectively. He made my frustration go away, several other dealerships couldn’t help me.
